Physical Products – Free Shipping in the U.S. for Orders Over $50
We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.

✔ Delivery Time: Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days.
✔ Shipping Locations: Currently, we only ship within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience to our international customers.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Tech Ed Success, our products are printed on demand (POD), meaning each item is custom-made when you place an order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is damaged, defective, or there was an error in your order.
We are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent service. If you encounter any issues with your order, please review the details below and contact us for assistance.
Returns & Exchanges for Print-on-Demand Products
As our items are custom-printed upon order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizes, or change of mind.
✔ Eligible for Return/Exchange:

Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a printing or fulfillment error.
✔ Not Eligible for Return/Exchange:

Wrong size ordered (please double-check size charts before purchasing).

Buyer’s remorse or preference changes.

Accidental orders or incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of delivery at contact@techedsuccess.com with photos of the issue and your order number. We will gladly replace the item at no cost to you or issue a refund where applicable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery at contact@techedsuccess.com with:

✔ A brief description of the issue
We will review your request and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit based on the situation.
